Pablo is a partner at Parga, Montes & Vasseur Laborales. He has focused his practice on labor law, particularly on litigation involving highly complex cases and on providing legal counsel to companies on matters of individual and collective labor law. He has also participated in collective bargaining processes, serving on negotiating committees and drafting the documents associated with such processes.
In recent years, he has developed extensive experience in analyzing and preparing reports on new trends and labor issues in Chile.
Throughout his career, he has been recognized in the labor field by prominent international rankings, such as The Legal 500, which has named him a Next Generation Partner, and Leaders League. Additionally, the Chambers and Partners Latin America 2026 ranking recognized him in the Up and Coming category in the Labor & Employment practice area.
Currently, Pablo is a member of the National Registry of Labor Arbitrators and the Chilean-Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
